Dr. Maansi Doshi is a dedicated Otolaryngologist and Facial Plastic Surgeon with deep commitment in providing high-quality medical care. With over a decade of experience in ear, nose, and throat disorders, she has provided exceptional medical and surgical care for both adults and children. She combines a deep understanding of facial anatomy and advanced surgical techniques with her artistic eye to deliver personalized, holistic, and compassionate care.
Dr. Doshi earned her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Davie, Florida. Following this, she completed a comprehensive residency in Otolaryngology and Facial Plastic Surgery at the Michigan State University center at Henry Ford Macomb Hospital. During her training, she also served as a clinical instructor of surgery at Michigan State University. Dr. Doshi is a member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery as well as the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
Her special interests include functional and cosmetic nasal surgery, skin cancer surgery and reconstruction, sinus disorders and allergy, balloon sinuplasty, voice and swallowing disorders, pediatric ear, nose and throat problems, thyroid surgery, and snoring and obstructive sleep apnea.
Dr. Doshi is known for her compassionate approach, taking time to understand each patient’s unique needs and providing a tailored treatment plan to ensure the best possible outcome. Her practice is built on trust, excellence, and a commitment to improving the quality of life for her patients.
Dr. Doshi resides in Mission Viejo, Ca with her husband Dr. Mark Mangiapane, a family medicine physician and two young daughters. Outside of her practice, she enjoys singing, playing guitar and piano, creating artwork, gardening, hiking and enjoying the outdoors. Through these activities, she stays connected to the community and maintains a well-rounded balance to her professional life.
